You may identify with this...

So many of us find ourselves stretched thin, moving too fast, caught in loops of over-giving, caffeine-fueled days, and endless scrolling. We numb, we distract, we keep going—yet underneath, something deeper is stirring. You may feel…

  • Disconnected from your body and its natural rhythms.
  • Stuck in patterns of burnout, stress, or emotional overwhelm.
  • In a liminal phase—standing at a threshold, letting go of the old, yet not fully clear on what’s next.
  • Longing for stillness, for clarity, for a sacred space to be held and supported.
  • Hungry for connection with other women who are also remembering their truth.

This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise, the devices, the stimulants, and the constant doing...so you can soften, listen, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived inside your body.

This is not just a retreat—it is a homecoming.

A return to the wisdom that has always lived within you.

A remembrance of the power, beauty, and intelligence of your feminine body.

A Sacred Pause: Reducing Stimuli

To support deep reconnection with your body’s wisdom, you’ll be invited into a gentle detox from external noise and stimulation. This means placing your phone on silent, turning off data and Wi-Fi, and taking a break from caffeine, processed foods, and other heavy stimulants that keep our system “on.”

By creating this intentional space, we are:

❤︎ Allowing the nervous system to soften and reset
❤︎ Turning our attention inward, rather than outward
❤︎ Supporting clarity and presence, free from distraction and fragmentation
❤︎ Meeting what is truly alive within us, with attunement and honesty

This is not about restriction—it’s about creating the rare conditions where you can finally hear yourself clearly. A space to return to center, realign, and remember what wholeness feels like.

Each day is a journey through movement, nourishment, connection, and rest—designed to honor your natural rhythm and deepen your connection to self, nature, and the sacred.

Community Love

“Working with Sophia was a beautiful experience that helped me recognize how I could nurture myself and find growth from within. Through the science of Ayurveda, Sophia determined my unique constitution and developed simple, yet profound, tools to help me bring about positive change in my life. Through our conversations, I had many “aha” moments that helped me understand myself more deeply. As a result, I feel more grounded, powerful and, overall, just more comfortable in my skin. Sophia is truly gifted in zeroing in on areas that may need help and in providing support and guidance.”

- Amanda Kenney

"Working with Sophia has been a transformative experience for me. She has a unique way of tapping into you, to be able to understand what your needs are, what you need to focus on, and provides you with inspirational insights and suggestions.  She has helped me break through some of the major blockages in my life, and to understand how to move and to  create a life that is more meaningful, richer, spiritual and fulfilling. She is a wonderful guide and motivator.  She has helped me understand how we can use the power of our mind to co-create the life we want".

- Denise Dupont

“I often think that as long as I’m disciplined enough, I can achieve most of my goals. The difference Sophia brings to me as my coach is that she can shorten my path to my dreams and goals significantly. She asks questions that covers important areas and angles that I would have missed otherwise. She keeps me on track but at the same time always meet me where I am for my thoughts and emotions. Most importantly, I can be just who I am and feel so supported when I share my challenges and thoughts that’s vulnerable to share. Every conversation with Sophia is a highlight of my journey."
