Hi! I’m Sophia, an artist, space-holder, and embodiment guide devoted to helping women remember and reclaim their Feminine power. My work weaves together psycho-somatic healing, sacred movement, and deep connection to nature to create spaces where you can return to your most alive, authentic Self.

Since 2021, I’ve been guiding both online and in-person journeys with my Moon Circles, mentorship, group programs, and retreats, all devoted to one thing: supporting women in embodying their own inner alchemy.

My approach is both mystical and grounded, sensual and sacred, creating a potent container for your self-healing and transformation.
