My Authentic Self
A 6-week embodied journey to trust yourself, honour what is true, and meet life more fully as you.
You've reflected on your patterns. You've learned some lessons. You've done the inner work.
And yet, there are places where you still struggle to live as yourself.
Because the version of you that you know may be only one version of you.
Over time, you've developed identities and ways of being that helped you feel safe, loved, needed or in control.
Maybe you've become the capable one.
The caretaker.
The peacemaker.
The strong one.
The one who keeps it together.
You may find yourself:
🥀Overthinking and seeking reassurance from others
🥀Second-guessing your instincts, desires or decisions
🥀Adapting yourself to keep the peace
🥀Struggling to express what you really feel or want
🥀Feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected or restless
🥀Craving more ease, aliveness, honesty and meaningful connection
These patterns aren't wrong. They helped you navigate the life you were living.
But somewhere beneath them, you may sense there is more of you there.
A desire you've postponed.
A voice you've quieted.
A creativity, fierceness, tenderness or freedom that hasn't had room to fully emerge.
Some of it may feel dormant.
Some of it may already be bubbling beneath the surface.
This is not about rejecting who you've been...
It's about becoming curious about the depth, magic & mystery of who you are.
It's about developing the capacity to stay connected to yourself while you're living your life.
It's about creating the right conditions for more of your authentic self to emerge.
Your whole self.
Your magical self.
Your wild self.
Your authentic self.
Living as Yourself is a 5-week embodied journey designed to help you develop the capacity to live, create and lead your life from a place of truth and authenticity.
Because knowing what is true for you cognitively is only the beginning.
The real journey begins in Life, when you are triggered, challenged, misunderstood, rejected, desired, disappointed, overwhelmed.
When the old strategies return.
When you feel the pull to dim yourself, suppress what you feel, shut down, perform, please or make yourself smaller.
The discomfort of feeling not good enough, too much, not desirable, misunderstood, difficult, crazy can become an invitation.
Not because the pain is something you should want, but because what it reveals gives you something to work with.
Raw experience becomes the material for transformation.
You learn to stay with yourself long enough to feel what is here, meet what has been activated, and discover what becomes possible on the other side.
This work is not about becoming a "better" version of yourself.
It is about creating the inner and outer conditions that allow who you already are to come forward with greater trust, courage and ease.
Meet emotion, desire, grief, anger, fear, shadow and change as material for deeper self-understanding.
Explore the roles, identities and patterns shaping how you move through life — and the parts of you waiting to emerge.
an embodied approach
This isn't about collecting another identity, framework or set of concepts.
There is nothing wrong with knowing your Human Design, understanding your attachment style, studying your astrology or learning your patterns.
These things can offer us beautiful insights yes. But information alone doesn't transform us.
Transformation happens when what we know begins to change how we feel, choose, relate and live.
So we take what we discover off the page and into the body.
Into the conversation.
Into the boundary.
Into the relationship.
Into the decision.
Into the moments when someone misunderstands you and you choose not to abandon yourself.
Living authentically becomes something you get to practice, with devotion, in any scenario or season of your life.
In your relationships, work, family, creativity, transitions, decisions and whatever comes next.
Perhaps your deeper desire isn't simply to “know yourself better”...
but to feel at home in yourself while you're living your actual life.
To be able to:
🌹Feel at ease in your body instead of constantly managing, monitoring or disconnecting from yourself.
🌹Stay present with the people you love without losing yourself in their needs, moods or expectations.
🌹Express what is true for you - your desires, boundaries, feelings, ideas and needs - with honesty and responsibility.
🌹Experience deeper intimacy & authentic connection - you no longer have to perform, hide or abandon yourself to belong.
🌹Trust yourself enough to make choices without endlessly searching for reassurance.
🌹Meet discomfort without immediately shutting down, controlling or escaping, allowing it to become part of your growth.
🌹Enjoy your life more fully - your body, relationships, creativity, pleasure, work, leisure and the ordinary moments in between.
And perhaps most importantly, you'll have more access to yourself.
More aliveness.
More presence.
More intimacy.
More truth.
More freedom to be you.
Not because you've finally figured yourself out.
Because you've learned how to live in right relationship with yourself.
And that's part of what I love about this work.
I'm not teaching you how to become a finished version of yourself.
I'm inviting you into a practice of becoming more deeply acquainted with who you are, and courageous enough to live from it.
I'm Sophia, founder of Alkimia Embodied Healing Arts, Embodiment Mentor and Threshold Guide.
My work explores the relationship between the body, nature, archetypes, emotions and relationships, and how these can become doorways into deeper self-knowing.
I've spent years learning, studying, reflecting and gathering frameworks to understand myself.
And I've also learned that understanding myself isn't the same as living as myself.
The deeper work has been learning to listen, respond, pivot, feel, choose and express — in real time, in real relationships, in the messiness of actual life.
I'm still practicing.
There is more of you here
More than the role you've learned to play.
More than the pattern you've learned to protect yourself with.
More than the version of yourself you've learned to present to the world.
There are parts of you that may be quiet.
Parts that may be waiting.
Parts that may already be bubbling beneath the surface.
What happens when you trust & love yourself enough to let them be seen?
What happens when you stop asking: “Who should I be?" and begin asking “What wants to live through me?”
