Her Sacred Pulse is a space to reconnect with the creative impulse that lives in your body, the spark that ignites your desires, and the fundamental rhythm that moves through all life. In yogic philosophy, this impulse is called Spanda: the subtle vibration, the sacred tremor, and the supreme living consciousness that animates the Universe. When you tune into it, you align with the dynamic, living nature of reality and the deep creative wisdom of your own body.

Her Sacred Pulse is a gentle embodiment ceremony, a grounded activation designed to help you return to the creative pulse of Life that has always lived within you.
In the days leading up to our gathering, you’ll receive a short series of supportive emails with simple reflections and practices to help you arrive rooted, open, and attuned to the powerful portal we’re moving through.
Together, our journey will unfold through four core movements:
Somatic Awareness: Arriving in the Body
We begin by slowing down our breath, dropping in, and noticing what our body is holding, creating inner safety for release and regulation.
Heart Alchemy: Bringing Shadow into the Light
You’ll meet the parts of you that resist change, with compassion and curiosity, allowing what has been hardened to soften and dissolve.
Authentic expression: Remembering Who You Are
As body and heart reconnect, your truth rises, the woman within you who is awake, alive, and deeply trusting of what’s unfolding.
Integration: Anchoring the Medicine
We close with gentle reflection, journaling, and optional sharing so you leave this experience feeling empowered, clear and deeply held.

Meet your guide
Hi love, I’m Sophia Wood Massicotte, an embodiment guide for sacred cycles and transformational thresholds.
Through ceremony, rituals, archetypal embodiment and cyclical wisdom, I create spaces where women can slow down, listen deeply, and remember the magic and mystery of their Feminine Essence.
For the past four years, I’ve been guiding women through private mentorship, group immersions and retreats. Each space is devoted to one intention: supporting women in returning to their bodies, their truth, and their innate creative power.
God in Her Hips is a ceremonial initiation into this work. A sacred space to awaken your creative life force, soften resistance, and reconnect with your Feminine Essence that knows how to lead, receive, and create from within.
This ceremony offers a lived, embodied taste of the deeper path (one rooted in cyclical living, embodied leadership, and authentic expression) that continues within Rhythms of Remembrance, a seasonal 8-week group container opening soon.
