E:MERGE is a ceremonial journey designed to support deep release, embodied realignment, and soulful rebirth. Through ritual, cacao ceremony, altar creation, somatic embodiment, and guided inner journeying, we gather to shed old layers, reclaim our vitality, and anchor new intentions for the season ahead.

Sophia Wood Massicotte
Sophia is an Embodiment Guide for Women navigating Sacred Thresholds and the founder of Alkimia Embodied Healing Arts, a sanctuary for healing & transformation, where spiritual insights integrated into embodied liberation.
Through 1:1 mentorship, sacred circles, retreats, and group programs, Sophia guides women back to their innate wisdom, vitality, and authenticity, supporting them to live with greater ease, pleasure, and wholeness.
Rachel Maria
Rachel Maria is the founder of Maya Luna, a microdosing and earth-medicine education platform devoted to intention, relationship, and reverence for the natural world. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern living, supporting grounded, mindful, and sustainable relationships with plant medicines. Through education, cacao ceremonies, integration conversations, and collaborative healing experiences, Rachel offers a heart-led and practical approach that honors the intelligence of both the body and the medicine.
