Meet Your Guide: Sophia

Sophia Wood Massicotte is a multi-faceted artist, visionary, mentor and founder of Alkimia Embodied Healing Arts, a sanctuary devoted to helping women reconnect to their body's wisdom, intuition, and natural rhythm. She believes that true feminine power arises when we honor our inner guidance, our bodies, and our connection to Nature, especially in a world increasingly dominated by technology, information and external pressures.

Through her work, Sophia creates spaces of depth & intention for reflection, healing, and transformation, guiding women to reclaim their sovereignty, step into their truth, and live with clarity and ease. Her approach combines embodied practices, astrology, somatic work, and soulful reflection, offering tools women can carry into their everyday lives to navigate life with more authenticity, trust, and connection.
