What is the hearth
The Hearth is an online sanctuary and gathering space for women seeking deeper connection: to themselves, to community, to the wisdom running through their body and woven in the cycles of Life.
Part sanctuary, part learning temple, part creative refuge…The Hearth brings together embodiment practices, seasonal rituals, cyclical living, timeless teachings, honest conversations, and community gatherings designed to support women in living more rooted, expressed, connected, and alive.

About your guide
Sophia Wood Massicotte is an Embodiment Mentor, Threshold Guide, and Space-Holder devoted to support women in living more grounded, authentic, connected, and fully expressed lives.
Through cyclical wisdom, archetypal embodiment, ritual, nervous system work, and honest conversation, she guides women through seasons of transformation: releasing, reclaiming, and returning Home.
Sophia creates & curates spaces that are intimate, inclusive, nourishing, honest, and human - where women can soften out of perfection, pleasing & performance and reconnect with what is raw, real and true.
The Hearth is an extension of that vision:
a living ecosystem for women seeking depth, belonging, healing, rhythm, creativity, and meaningful connection in a world that often feels fragmented and fast.
